How do I schedule a pick-up?
There are three ways for you to schedule your pick-up:
A. You can book us by sending a message on our FB page or reaching us by SMS/calls in the hotlines provided on our website.
B. You can also book us by registering an account through our website 13S Logistics.
C. For faster transactions, you can download our mobile app for your pick-up bookings, just look for “13S LOGISTICS” in the Apple App Store. *Available soon on Android.
Do you ship outside Metro Manila?
YES, we can ship anywhere all over the Philippines through our partners, APCargo and JRS Express.
Do you do international shipping?
YES, we can ship anywhere internationally through our partners, PhilPost and FedEx.
Where can I get my pouch?
We provide FREE pouches upon pick-up of your parcels.
Do you charge a fee for pick-up?
NO, our pick-up services are ABSOLUTELY FREE.
What time is your booking cut-off?
Booking schedule is until 3:00PM from Monday-Sunday; for same-day delivery transactions, cut-off is only until 8:00AM and is limited to pick-ups within Cavite area.
What are the available sizes of pouches?
There are three sizes available for our pouches: Small (6" x 12") Medium (9.25" x 14") Large (12" x 18")
What if the item that I am sending does not fit your pouch?
You may pack it securely using a heavy duty plastic or box; It will be tagged as OWN PACKAGING.
How do I compute for volumetric weight?
Volumetric weight can be computed by getting the length (cm) x width (cm) x height (cm) divided by 3500 of the package; Actual weight vs. derived volumetric weight shall be compared when charging and will be based on whichever is higher.
How do I track my shipment/s?
There are two ways for you to track your shipment/s:
A. You can visit our website, click the TRACK MY PARCEL button, and input the tracking number given to you to know the status of your shipment/s.
B. For immediate queries and concerns, you can message our FB page or reach us by SMS/calls in the hotlines provided on our website.
Can I request for a specific time for pick-up and delivery?
NO, we cannot guarantee the exact time of our courier's arrival.
What are your operating hours?
We operate from Mondays to Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Are there a minimum number of packages required for you to pick-up from my address?
NO, we do not require a minimum number of packages for the FREE PICK-UP service.
What if I had a package shipped but the recipient does not live in the address I provided anymore, will I be able to get a refund?
NO, all deliveries made are FINAL.
Is it possible to change the delivery address? Is there an additional fee for this?
YES, delivery address can be changed and additional fee will be charged.
How many attempts will you try to deliver my package/s before returning it to me?
There will be THREE (3) ATTEMPTS to deliver the package/s before returning it to the shipper.
Do you answer inquiries, requests, and complaints made via phone, e-mail, and social media accounts?
